If you have PSA's and CSA's from the USA encourage them to promote it locally.
Fortunately residents in the USA make up a big a bulk of shoppers online, so promoting online will still get your advertisement seen by US residents.
There are traffic companies that will send you traffic from specific countries or regions in a country. These are paid traffic sources, but it may be worth paying to send USA visitors ONLY to the product, a Webpage or a Blog displaying Privacy Maxx.
If you write a blog post for your promotion, you can post it on Social Media sites, to reach your social media contacts from The USA.
Many traffic exchange and Safelists members live in the USA, you can use these free sites to post an ad. I would not pay because your target audience will be reduced.
