The first communication to the new affiliate should be kept very simple. It can indicate:
1. A brief introduction of the Sponsor;
2. A hearty welcome to the Team;
3. Affirming full support to the growth of the new affiliate &
4. Asking how as a Sponsor he /she can help?
5. Is there any questions which can be clarified?
By sending a communication on these lines, the new affiliate will understand the role of the Sponsor and in most cases a reply can be highly expected. Please do not speak about Standing Order,etc and create an impression that you are concerned with your earnings.
The aim should be to make the new affiliate understand that the Sponsor is willing to help so that he or she can get started without any problem and carry on with things smoothly.
Based on the reply, further action can be initiated.
If no reply is received back, still there is nothing to worry.
We can guide the new affiliate to:
1. Read & Understand START/BASICS & LAUNCHPAD;
2. To log in to the Account & perform actions as per TO Do List on a daily basis, without fail;
3. Every communication should be very short and simple and easy to understand.
4. By monitoring the "MOVERS" list closely appropriate communication should be sent to the affiliates concerned.
5. Can provide links & ask them to visit through Stream.
6. Based on situations, appropriate guidance or tips can be given.
Conclusion:
In short, we should guide the new affiliate, step by step, slowly but steadily so that all essential things about the business are clearly understood. We should not make the mistake of providing all the details that we have, in the first mail itself. New affiliates are like new born babies. We should approach them this way and feed and nurture them carefully. We should protect them so that they will grow steadily and will stand on their own legs over a period of time.
