First of all i will like to ask why they have blocked your emails? You may not know the reason why but you must find out so that the same mistake will not be made with other affiliate in your downline and other that are still going to join you.
If you cannot contact them you can't be a sponsor to them. Try to assign them to another affiliate and request the affiliate to find out why they have blocked your mails so that the affiliate won't make the same mistake and so that you also can learn from it. By doing this your are becoming a good sponsor to them indirectly.
