2. Please perform and achieve your goals fully, every month. Your badges are the reflection of
your efforts. By seeing them, your members will be inspired to perform better.
3. Build relationship with each and every one of your Team Members. This is possible only
when you live up to their expectations.
4. Please always demonstrate your genuine concern and commitment for their growth. Mere
offering of tips or suggestions will not help.
5. Your regular and timely communications are very vital in building a good business understanding
with your Team.
6. Every communication from your side should always reflect your sincerity in helping them. Ask
them, How can you help them, How can you support so that they can advance to the next level,
etc. By all these, they will be motivated.
7. Make them understand, SFI Rules of Success and help them to build their own team.
8. Keep rewarding the real performers and make it visible for others to observe. The message will
be loud and clear: Be a performer; you get everything!!
9. Do not give up on any one. In this type of business, we have no clue at all as to when an active
member will become inactive and an inactive one will turn out to be quite active.
10. Guide them slowly but steadily; Even if they advance one step, its perfectly fine. As long as they
keep advancing its quite OK. They should advance and grow. That's is very important.
11. Please do not give blank promises about SFI and its earning potential, etc. Do not make tall
claims when trying to introduce affiliates.
