That is real serious because you use the word "Many" ! Please check your email and ask your self whether your messages are friendly, encouraging, caring, helpful and compassionate OR otherwise rather demanding, commanding, instructing and bossy. We are all "Human" at the same level. Be a leader with the people; for the people and not above the people. Before we change others we must first change and respect ourselves. Respect ourselves and others first. This is also "Duplication".
