In order for you to build a strong team within SFI, and with real active & motivated members, please, let me share a few tips with you as follows:--
1. Lay good inter-personal relationships with all your members through constant communication with them, particularly, through the Group PSA/CSA Mailer.
2. Focus on the "inactive" Affiliates; and constantly encourage them with soothing words about the genuineness and success of SFI over the past seventeen (17) unbroken years. Tell them that's a commendable ability by an online conglomerate "to stand the test of time".

3. Be a Connector and Mentor to them. Offer them your readiness to help with anything they may require to know about any aspect of SFI and Triple Clicks products.
4.If they venture to ask you questions, always endeavor to reply them with solution steps. Even, where you may not know the answer immediately, writing them a 'holding reply' before you investigate further on your own, will be a sure way that you are ready to help!
5. Finally, whenever you get the ultimate answers, ensure to re-connect back with those who asked the question(s) 'ab-initio' & offer them those solution steps. That's a perfect feedback system.
