Your job is to send an email like "I see you are trying hard, remember I am here to help. If you have any question, ask, I will send the solution, you can read and finish your work when online"
If an affiliate is interested in moving, learning, every word of yours will mean a lot, especially if an internet access is limited. It makes the wish even greater. With your help, an affiliate will feel like the problem can be solved and move on.
You can tell them what to read, it is a help too; there is no need to be online, they can print the text. Once they learn, every minute of internet will become great marketing for the person who really wants to work.
