Try to find them on Social networks like Facebook,Twitter,Linkedin,Pinterest etc per the email they registered on SFI.
If they left their phone number you can also call them and speak with them make things better anyone is reachable you just need to try all what you can,if that doesn't help they obviously dont want to work in SFI anymore.
