You can still contact them via sending team mails.
You might try using the SFI chat feature if they are online and talk with them that way.
If they also have blocked your team mails I am not sure there is anything you can do.
Maybe you just need to consider those affiliates lost to you.
You could try reassigning them to someone in your downline. Perhaps that person may be able to communicate with these people better.
If its something in your approach to them that is turning them off perhaps you need to change your approach.
