The best way to train our PSAs and CSAs is by “walking the talk”. Every step that we take, they follow (follow the leader) because duplication is the name of the game. We cannot preach to them something and then do differently.
We should be able to direct them to where they can learn the ins and outs of our business. We must be responsive to their questions and concerns. This is how we can effectively train them without even realizing it.
