This indeed is a nice question and i wou?d advice that you use all the training modules with your PSAs and CSAs.
First and formost, I always encourage them to go log on and click on the START button to watch a free training video about SFI and Tripleclicks. After that has been achieved and my PSAs/CSAs have an insight as to what the business is all about, I would encourage them to go through the Sfi basis and finally the Launchpad lessons.
This first stage has been achieved via emails as soft reminders.
Another way of training my PSAs/CSAs is by sending them a link via stream post to my blog where they can read and ask question in relation to the growth of their business.
Another way is by Skype where you can watch a video from your sponsor at an agreed time by the team
Another way of training them is for them to read alot as there is no knowledge lost.
In summary, the best ways training our PSas and CSA'S are as follows:-
1. Via email.
2. By reading alot of writeups, on SFI.
3. Through stream post
