"What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?"
Telling them how to go through the basics ie the launchpad lessons making sure they understand the need to read and learn all they can and then the importance of logging in everyday to do the daily tasks is the first and most important step.After that I would say teach them by example.If you are doing well they will see your success and will want to copy you and that is what its all about,duplication!
Make sure that you maintain contact with them offering support and advice and keep them constantly updated about anything you think will be of use or interest to them too.
