There is no best way to train our PSAs and CSAs. Yes, if a PSA or CSA confirms his/her email id and scores even 1 VP, then there are many ways to train them.
1. Tell them to log in daily;
2. Read info on the tab ALERT and after hitting blue tab get one FREE entry for DAILY GRAND.
3. Read information given under the RED tab Tip of the Day. Read all the information carefully and score I more VP.
4. Go to stream tab and write a good tip for all your PSAs and CSAs, You score 1 VP by hitting the blue button at the bottom.
5. Let them get familiar with ECA, Eager Zebra games like Uber-Picks, Card King, Gold Streak, Time Machine and Pick the Price.
6. It would be advisable to award them with 5/10 TCredits, otherwise they wont be able to learn about EZ Games & PBA auctions.
7. Teach them how to Market/sponsor more affiliates under them using free advertising websites.
8. Also they should read carefully GET STARTED, SFI BASICS and LAUNCG PAD Lessons.
9. Advise them to read info under each drop down tab to learn about SFI/TC as much as possible.
10. Advise them that Leaders are readers. If they want to progress in SFI/TC fast, they need to become Leaders. But you should never push them very hard, Let them move at their own pace as it is their own business.
