By following your lead, you are by way transferring your experience to them.By this they would learn to do what they see or notice you do.The principle of DUPLICATION which to my understanding is "Do as I do".
Therefore you must be seen to be one who clears the Red Tabs on the Home page on daily basis, Bids at the auction, Play games, completes the daily/weekly/monthly activities, is active at the forum, enters the Daily Grand Draws daily, rates Ask Sc question and is a Top Author, promotes TripleClicks products through advertising, is a Wave-Maker, communicates with the PSAs/CSAs regularly and letting them know what duplication is all about and is persistent and determination to succeed.
Show them the Badges you have earned with regards to above activities you are engaged in and for sure they will be motivated to follow your example. In a nutshell, the answer is that you should teach by example.
