It is true that if you make the most of SFI resources, it is possible to enhance success. I would like to categorise the SFI Power tools in four categories:
1. Marketing/Advertising/Sales
2. Communication
3. Recognition and Rewards
4. Games and competitions
Under category 1, if you study the SFI resources in detail, you can promote your product through effective advertising, both paid and unpaid and easily transform that product into earnings through sales. For example if you have a personal website, you can make use of promotion banners from SFI, which you can link to your own site.
Communication tools such as PSA and CSA mailer, Genealogy and Affiliate manager, allow you to effectively share your ideas with members of your SFI team and this in turn is important for team building.
Recognising hard work from your team members also helps to motivate the stars of your team. Gift certificates, Tcredits rewards and PSA reassignment are some of the many tools in this category that you can use. The success associated with this type of tools is long rather than short-term.
At first, it does not seem obvious as to how one can maximise their success at SFI through games and competitions. But the truth is that you can and here are a few ways; first you can earn versa points, members reward points and Tcredits from games. For example on your lucky day, you could win a share of the Card King game, 10, 11, 12 or more Tcredits depending on the total size on that day. Secondly, it is easier to promote games to friends and family through social media than it is to sell them something. “Challenge A Friend” from Knockout Trivia is a good example of promoting games with a sense of humour. Thirdly but not the least, games help to lift your moods and that may be just what you need when you are feeling low.
These SFI resources do not necessarily operate in isolation. For example “effective communication” is just as important in Team Building as it is in Marketing and advertising.
