As you are building your home business with SFI and TripleClicks you will be recruiting new affiliates into your team. The first thing you will need to be able to do is start training your new teammates.
One of the best ways in training your new teammates is by being an example for them to follow. You will find “Lead by Example” included in a lot of the training literature and spoken a lot in the forum posts.
To get your new affiliates off to a good start share with them the steps below.
1. Guide your new affiliates through the Start, SFI Basics, and Launchpad series.
2. Help them to make a decision on the Fast Track system and the New Members Pack within the first 10 days. Share with them the benefits and show them your badge – and tell them how to get it along with the lapel pin.
3. Make sure you explain that earning VP is not the way to make money in SFI. VP is important but the way to make the fastest money is in selling TripleClicks products to receive commissions. If no products are bought or sold no one will earn money.
4. Help them enroll 5 teammates and teach them how to help their 5 affiliates get their five. If everyone in this small group is selling and buying products you and your team will be making money and that is what SFI is all about.
The important part of all of this is that you show your teammates by example that you are doing all that I have listed in the 5 steps above. Don’t expect your teammates to do something that you are not doing yourself.
Lead and train by example is the fastest way to success and it teaches the fundamental principle of duplication – if done right you will take many of your teammates to the top levels right along with you.
