3. You must be able to consistently coordinate the training sessions – having a definite time plan for their repetitive training sessions. Doing repetitive training sessions will help them retain the invaluable information necessary to succeed in SFI.
- Training should start with the fundamentals of SFI with SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. From these two important solid foundations of SFI, All your training activities should be founded on these two key principles.
- Make sure they’re not just wandering off, but sticking to the SFI foundation as they move on and start applying what they’ve have learned. You can check their progress through your Movers and Genealogy tabs.
- Direct your PSAs/CSAs to the Training and Marketing tabs – these sections contain key principles, strategies and tactics they need to expand their network.
- Encourage them to strive to become Team Leaders as yourself, providing them the strategies necessary for this rank so that they, too can provide all their downline with the correct and necessary direction and the proper encouragement and inspiration to keep them focused on being both productive and prosperous.
- It is imperative that each of them develops their own business plan based on their goals and the available time that they have to work their business. Give them your tips in this regard.
