In my opinion and what I do is to support my team. I wouldn't use the word "teach", but "share". I share those marketing skills with my downline:
* Honesty - people should be shown sincere concern
* Promoting products people need - that happens when you know enough for the person's lifetime and standard of living, also his/her dreams and goals.
* Communication with heart,not with mind - people want to feel they're treasured and interesting for others
* Simplicity - simple presentation or words are great power
* Organizing time - schedule for everything in my team member's lives is important for them to be balances
* Realistic - people should b realistic about their strengths and things that they can achieve. They should be bearable for them, so they can manage well with new situations.
* Flexibility - the mind should be flexible and the people should not think only they have right. They should know how to see through the others person's eyes.
* Authenticity - person should be authentic in order to find the right team.
That's all I can say at the moment.
