The best way to train your down line is lead by your own example.
It means,
1. Show them HOW you became successful; Your Badges are reflections of your performance;
2. What you DID to become successful;
3. When and where you SOUGHT your Up line's assistance;
4. How you APPLIED their guidance/tips/suggestions/answers, etc to your advantage;
5. How you USED the Tools provided by SFI/TC;
6. SHARE with them the results you received;
7. GUIDE them to understand and follow your steps;
8. ALLOW them to work freely as its their business, even though you remain their sponsor/Co-Sponsor;
9. COMMUNICATE with them at regular intervals; But do not bombard them with too many
mails and information;
10. MAKE them UNDERSTAND SFI Rules of Success;
11. HELP them to implement these rules;
12. WATCH OVER them
13. INTERFERE only when required or sought by them;
14. CORRECT them if they go wrong on the way;
15. REMAIN their trust worthy friend;
16. SHOW genuine concern in their growth;
17. MAKE your actions visible for them to realize;
18. REJOICE & appreciate with all your heart when they grow even a bit;
Conclusion:
When you perform all these, they will realize that you are indeed their man. They will definitely follow your steps and will emerge winners. This is how you can train your Team members and guide them towards growth and success here!!
