Best way to train PSAs and CSAs depends mainly on how far they will be responsive to Sponsor / Co sponsors welcome letters. If they are having a positive attitude to our welcome letters, then they should be guided to read SFI basics or the video. Then to read the30 Launchpad lessons daily without rushing through it all in one day to obtain versa action Points. They should be asked to click the red tabs daily, and click on the Intermediate Actions. They should be then guided through to keep their mark above the green Line and to obtain Executive affiliate status by obtaining 1500 VPs by placing a Standing Order.
The importance of Duplication and Compensation too should be emphasized.
