Be an example yourself. The best road to success is duplication- where you do something and teach others to do the same. Equip yourself with the necessary tools of success and succeed. Then you can teach others to do same. If you are not able to succeed yourself, then you will not be able to train your PSAs and CSAs to succeed. I encourage you to first study and master the system, try strategies and only teach your team members successful ones.
Some people get into SFI and start teaching others what they themselves have not understood. Make sure that you test something before telling others about. Tell your team members how successful you are in what you are telling them. If you are not successful, then the strategies that you are teaching them may not be practicable. It is true that what works for others may not work for you. But I encourage you to teach only what works for you since you will be able to answer all questions.
