First of all we must recognize that SFI has tons of training materials already written and available at no cost.
Secondly, we need to remember that the PSA's and CSA's on our Team, are Business Owners too, and they are not our employees. We have NO authority over them.
If we have the first 2 points rightly understood, we now present ourselves for any assistance that might be needed. We are not issuing orders, we are serving knowledge and experience, as needed.
If people would give their recruits the respect and space to grow their own business, but be ready at a moments notice to assist, we might be pleasantly surprised!
