There must be a good standing order and a good number of VersaPoints to your credit. Secondly, see that your communication is clear and informative. PSAs and CSAs should learn from you how to communicate, because naturally they are going to follow you. Further, you may advise your PSAs and CSAs regarding use of TCredits. You must have updated knowledge of SFI working, because your answers to queries are very important. Finally, all your presentations visible to your PSAs and CSAs,should show how sincere SFI MEMBER you are!
