By doing what you want them to do. Make sure you are logging in each day and earning the maximum vp you can.Be active in the forum and ask sc.Maintain your rank each month. Take part in the auctions and games having those badges for winning on show draws peoples attention. And of course keep up regular contact with your team members offering help and advice and sharing your successes with them.If they see you are doing well they will want to follow.
