I think the one thing the affiliates struggle with most is the one thing just about everybody struggles with - Inactive affiliates.
I can not give my affiliates a failproof way to handle it because I do not have a way. I am struggling with it myself. All I can do is advise them what they can try - because that is what I am doing.
My advice regarding this is: Work with your Movers but do not ignore the inactive affiliates. Keep on sending your weekly mails to your active and inactive members but pay special attention to your movers. If you are in a position to send financial incentives, use it on your movers.
Money is an equally big struggle with a lot of affiliates. Lets face it - most of us are here because we need money. For a lot of us even purchasing T-credits is a huge problem because we simply do not have a budget to do so. This might be easier to solve - work on sales, sales and sales to earn the money to build your bussiness.
