Cause there are always more then one thing your team members will with.
Choosing one thing to answer your question, I'd have to say reading everything & taking out time to study & learn it.
Some examples:
SFI abbreviations
Names: Psa, (Personally Sponsored Affiliate).
Csa ( Co-Sponsored sponsored Affiliates
Downline, your team members under you
Upline, your personal Team Leaders & support team, above you
T-Credits,Mrps, VPs.Sp's,Ap's......etc.
No matter it be 1 of the above your asking about or any chosen one above your asking about?
It would be reading & understanding what they are reading.
Most don't get pass this.
When you come across one that's not understanding anything, you work with them to find the need solution.
in this case 1 method may not work for the other team member.
So you work with them on an individual bases.
Each team member plays a very important part & you show them just that! You care about them & your there to help them,s many times as it will take if their willing to put the time in too.
I find it better to do team researching & not just send them links! That's to easy!
After you've done the research & guided them through the answer, then you also apply the link.
In many cases they're excited it they search & find it too!
Some will get thing 1 time! Then there's the others that you really have to handle with extra special team love & patients & see the continue & sometimes, repeated & repeated search through till they get it too.
its good to guide them to all our search box & encourage them how to do research themselves.
Never hold their hands, for if you do be prepared to hold them to the end!
Were here to teach our team members how to flap their wings & fly yo the top of their business independently too!
Teach them to schedule themselves & enjoy their new business adventure & they'll be just fine!
