The ONE thing my affiliates struggle with most has to do with finance.
When they joined SFI for free, it is normal for them to presume that they had found a solution to their financial problem.
But once they realize that it needs time and a little investment and hard work to start earning from the SFI business, they start to lose enthusiasm and become inactive.
Instead of doing the basics, they stop logging in and jump from program to program in search of a quick way to earn money.
I would address it the way I should like to be addressed if I were in the same situation and under financial stress and expecting instant resolution.
Use empathy, but encourage resourcefulness. Once and Affiliate shows commitment by diligence and hard work, a Gift Certificate or TCredits will work wonders in easing the burden of getting EA qualification to kick start their SFI business.
Share useful links for promoting TripleClicks products and Eager Zebra games to recruit PRMs and customers and to promote ECAs' products as well to give them the means to earn commission at the earliest possible time.
Encourage the Affiliates to learn how to use free ads, read Internet Income written by George Little, and to read/review SFI Basics and the Launchpad, and updates from SFI News.
Share tips that will make them earn free TCredits, always reminding them to play T-Time all the time, to never miss entering the Daily Grand Drawing and the Daily Crown.
To log in daily to earn daily VP, to be above the Green Line if they are in the running for E365 class champion where they can earn great prizes.
Reassign PSAs and help with team building and help earn 30 VP a week by sending weekly messages will also help the Affiliates develop into strong and effective leaders as they become awesome sponsors.
Once financial problem is dealt with, and the Affiliates understand what needs to be done, they will then have a clearer vision of the big picture that starts with building a solid foundation leading to financial freedom.
