I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

Lead by example' is a form of leadership in which the team you are leading learns by the examples you have set.

There are other forms of leadership, but at SFI it appears to be a good approach.

In choosing this method of leadership you must do, you must accomplish and you must achieve what you expect of the those you are leading.
