The concept of earning online is new in my country and most of the affiliates who come to my team find it difficult to understand many aspects of the business and how the versa points are converted to cash. In the majority of the cases I have come across, people ask, "So what do I have to do to earn". However, the main challenge affiliates face after joining is to build an active team.
Joining thousands of affiliates to SFI is an easy task but it is to find active affiliates that creates a lot of concern. This easily leads to de-motivation and inactivity and the need to invest in the business or make an effort to see it as a long term earning opportunity is no longer appealing.
To overcome this, I find myself constantly having to provide my own examples and experiences that have helped me understand the SFI concept better.
- I maintain an active Phone Chat group where affiliates encourage, motivate and stimulate other affiliates to understand that such struggles are part of business.
- I also talk to the affiliates on a one-to-one and explain the various options available to them to recruit new affiliates regularly.
- I pick up discussions from the Forum where the affiliates may not be active and circulate them via email to encourage them.
Communicating with your affiliates and keeping in touch remains one vital aspect of being able to overcome this common problem. Affiliates need assurances that they are not alone in this struggle and that the team is always there to support them.
