There are various transformations which have taken place in my life after I had joined SFI and gradually became a Bronze Team Leader and still learning and trying to build my SFI business slowly and steadily.
I have listed below the facets which I had acquired after working with SFI.
1. Network Marketing: I had started to learn the power of Network marketing and its effect on global business. Though I am marketing/business development personnel in International Trade of Metals and Commodities and shipment to various countries and online marketing of products is not new to me. But the training provided by SFI had helped me to grow as a through business professional. The Internet income lessons, marketing methods/aids, power tools provided by SFI are very useful to learn the basics of network marketing for promotion of different products and services.
2. Team Building: SFI teaches you to build your active team of affiliates (PSA’s, CSA’s, PRM’s) to grow and earn and duplicate the process. This is called Multi Level Marketing. This is a very important aspect in both our professional and personal point of view. A Team is stronger than an individual anytime and a good active team can achieve more in any field of life especially in a business like SFI which has a globally accredited E-Commerce Store in TRIPLECLICKS to market thousands to commodities all over the world through its Affiliates and ECA’s. We are like one big family. Team Building aspects of SFI has motivated me a lot both in my personal and professional life.
3. Discipline and Dedication: SFI encourages me to be disciplined in life and value time and provide dedication towards work to succeed. There is no alternative to success without hard work, dedication and perseverance and will to succeed. The daily and monthly tasks of SFI are the crucial to be successful and VP Streak shows how one is dedicated to SFI. This has transformed me into a better and active person committed to work schedule.
4. Knowledge Hub: SFI has provided me with vast knowledge base with its training materials on how to succeed in SFI Online Business. The Forums and ASK SC had empowered me with thoughts & knowledge from people from various regions and cultures providing guidance and solutions on different aspects of SFI business. Knowledge is Power the more you learn the more you grow and it never ends. SFI provides us a quest to gather knowledge and utilize the same in our life and business.
5. Income Stream & Financial Freedom: SFI is a robust system and we all as affiliates join SFI to generate a Second Income to support our family and for securing our future needs. By generating Sales, building an active team of affiliates PSA’s and PRM’s, recruiting ECA’s, we grow steadily and slowly start to generate passive income, move up the ranks and earn a substantial income which leads us to build a Home based business in 3-4 years time. Hence, by hard work, dedication, we can achieve financial freedom through SFI.
Conclusion: SFI provides affiliates all the training, tools and methods to build an Online Business and it is up to the affiliates how much they can grab and be successful in following ways:
a. Growth of Income
b. Growth of Knowledge
c. Growth of Teamwork
d. Growth of Interpersonal, communication and marketing skills
e. Growth as a Person- Dedication, Devotion and Disciplined towards work.
