I take it you already have a personal website (or plan to get one), and you want to use it to promote SFI (if you are using the prestige domains or gateways, you cannot change the content, so their effectiveness is entirely dependent on where you promote them).
There are two ways you can proceed. You can view your personal site as a magnet, or as a filter.
If you view it as a magnet, you will want to offer them something of added value if they sign up, like an eBook, or a training video, or a free gift that will induce them to join your team. This may increase your number of sign-ups, but may not result in having any more active PSAs.
If you want to attract only active PSAs, you may want to view your site as a filter.
Say you are looking for people who are serious about making a residual income, and willing to make a commitment in order to make it happen. Use a capture form to get them to subscribe to your autoresponder (you can offer them that same gift as an incentive to subscribe). Everyone who subscribes will know you are expecting a commitment of some type from them, so you can use your email sequence to drip-feed them information about the New Member Pack, the Fast Track options, and the advantages each will provide them once they make that commitment. Make sure you give a 'call to action' in each email.
You will get fewer sign-ups if you use your site as a filter, but those who do join your team will be more serious about making things happen.
