The TW or CW programs are designed for the same purpose to encourage activity in your network. Sometimes people are slow to invest into something they are not sure about. Both programs ensure your new PSAs that you are serious about their success and that's why you are offering assistance. Some may see these programs as a hand out and refuse to participate. Yet, I beg to differ. Encouraging your affiliates is never a hand out but a hand up. Your generosity and goodwill could be the catalyst that sparks a fire in your PSAs and now you have a partner for life.
I suggest that you try both and see which works out best for you. Don't be surprised to see that many will continue to do nothing. But for the right PSA, it will be just enough to help them get 'hooked' and grow their SFI business.
