Hi Hristina,
I make my welcome letter short so the new PSA will read it. Here are some tips:
1) Introduce myself
2) Explain they are now a business owner and it is important to sign in at: https://www.sfimg.com/
3) I am here to show them what to do, but the steps to be done is up to them.
4) "How to Kick Start" their business by becoming a Fast Track Member at:
https://www.sfimg.com/FT
Which is only available for their first 10 days of their membership.
5) Showing up daily will keeps the PSA in the E365 Entrepreneur Challenge, which is free. They
can check it out at: https://www.sfimg.com/E365
6) I always make sure to end with my name, title, leaderpage, TripleClicks ECA store, and my
E-mail address.
After the welcome note, I then send an e-mail to the new PSA. This is to tell them what they need to watch the the Start video and read the Basics. Then start the Launchpad and all else to be doing daily.
Many times I receive an return e-mail and we can start a conversation before they even consider to come back and work on the team.
This e-mail also lets me know their e-mail address is correct.
I hope this is helpful. Many Blessings.
