In my welcome letters to my PSAs, I try to keep my message as simple and as concise as possible to avoid overwhelming them.
As their sponsor, it's my pleasure to welcome them to my team and to show them how easy it is to get started with a brief information about SFI, and a link to Compensation Plan, to check out how income is earned.
After explaining the importance of reading and understanding START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD, I would add a friendly advice/tip that if they are ready to proceed, to complete Getting Started actions.
This will enable them to check and complete the 5 small tasks needed to become a Fast-Track member without mentioning it. This also allows them to confirm their registration, complete their affiliate profile, and whitelist

Then before I sign off, I would give them this simple tip: Not to rush. If at any time they feel overwhelmed with the information on their homepage to take a break, then go back and focus only on SFI Basics and the Launchpad.
With a promise to do all I can to help them with any questions or issues they may have, I leave my communication lines open at all times by way of Chat box, SFIM, Team Mails, or E-Mails.
