1) Lead by example: make sure you have your EA, by having your standing order out of the way each month. That is the main thing. You can't really instill to your downline to do the same if you don't have it done. Right? 2) Make sure you send out your PSA/CSA Mailers out each week. Make sure your affiliates have there necessary VP's needed to get there EA's. Give them encouragement, yet keep reminding them that their success is your success. 3) Help each affiliate out with whatever he/she may need to get or continue his/her growth, help with advertisements, offer incentives if needed, like gift certificates TC Credits, etc. 4) Duplication, remember when sending out your PSA/CSA mailers that duplication is the essential key to this business. 5) Make sure each affiliate has their profiles and their account information all filled out, and help them to get started earning all the necessary Badges, and/or income levels they need to.
