The First choice of CSAs I would exchange would be those that have been inactive from the first
day, for the longest time and I find difficulty communicating with, including obvious fake names.
Then Second choice I would choose those CSAs that have had very little activity and I find difficulty communicating with.
Reason being that someone from their own Country and same dialect might be in a better position to explain to them about SFI and understand their situations and culture better, which in turn might motivate those CSAs to become more active. Therefore being more beneficial for all affiliates concerned than having just dormant affiliates because of lack of understanding.
I would not exchange active CSAs that I see are continuing to grow their Business, irrespective of what Country they are from for the obvious reason that they are an asset to all at SFI including myself.
My last choice would be the ones who speak the same language as me but are unresponsive, it would be my last choice because you never know when they could become active. As there are a number of affiliates who became active quite some time after they first joined SFI.
If they haven't opted out then one of the many emails we send might one day bring them into action.
