1. Language Barrier: some affiliates are better spoken with in their native languages or dialects. So, if I have certain CSAs from countries where inter-exchange of native dialects are predominant in their day-to-day communications, (e.g. those from countries in the Asian continent), I would prefer that they are handled by Sponsors from their specific geographic zones.
2. Inactivity: where certain CSAs have remained inactive for long or are completely dormant, it may be proper to hand them over to Sponsors from their countries so that more meaningful follow-ups can be done with them; and who knows? such people might eventually become active again.
