Chances are better for your CSAs to become active when they can work with a co-sponsor that understands them. Notwithstanding, a dead horse can't be revived. Simply saying, if someone chooses not to do what is necessary to succeed in SFI changing sponsors isn't going to help either.
But, if a person is struggling to grasp the concepts of SFI because of geographic, and communication barriers then the CSA Exchange is the best thing since white bread! Why not give the CSA the best possible chance to succeed by working with a co-sponsor that understands them. This said, I do plan to put all of my inactive CSAs in the exchange. I'll phase them out of my genealogy and just maybe I'll get a CSA that can understand me and do dynamic things here at SFI.
