If you have inactive CSAs, YES put them into the new CSA Exchange. I think it is a good step forward in getting a team. I have put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange some days ago. But there can arise also some problems. I shall mention it at the end. First I would like to say something about the advantages:
1. You will be able to communicate with them in your language;
2. It will be easier to explain the activities and possibilities with SFI and TripleClicks;
3. It will be easier to persuade them to be active and do regularly the daily tasks;
4. Perhaps you will meet them personally;
5. You will be able to exchange positive experiences;
6. Most probably you will create new friendships;
7. Team building will be easier.
However, there is a problem at the moment and therefore I hope I haven’t made a mistake by selecting all my inactive CSAs for exchange. CSAs Exchange program foresees CSAs from "your own country". It is fine when it is a question of a large country, but in case of a small country having in total less than a million inhabitants, most probably you will never get new CSAs. Perhaps in due time SFI will make it possible to select CSAs from several countries.Therefore I suggest you to be careful while selecting the CSAs to be exchanged. And, perhaps, even inactive affiliates can be made active though consistent efforts by establishing good rapport.
I wish you a great success.
