New PSA's are important as they do not know how to start in SFI. It's a major problem that has to be done by contacting and explaining by their sponsors.
I usually give my new PSA/ CSA ASK SC posts from our most sucesfull affiliates, so if they can read this surely they can succeed in their career. The welcoming letter must be brief and with no complicated explaining, just basics and helping tips from SFI knowledge base.
You can do also the following:
- present them SFI step by step with your recording which is on youtube or other thirds party websites
- give them a few tricks in SFI to get ready for challenges and propel them in a right way
- give them a few nice and encouraging words, so they don't feel neglected and treated like this : "now he has recruited me, gave me a few tips and tricks, and now he don't even do talk to me after two days"
