When to put your CSAs into the CSA Exchange and when not to?
- You can deliver your training and support best to your currently inactive CSAs who belong to your country and culture, therefore don’t exchange them.
- You need to remember that culture profoundly influences how people think, communicate, and behave. Exchanging your CSAs that live in other countries for CSAs that live in your country is a win/win for all parties involved.
- Don’t consider exchanging your active CSAs from other countries, who like and understand well your leadership style. You can identify them by their daily performance of their To-Do List and their active participation in SFI Forum, Ask SC and through your correspondence with them.
- Your PSAs are someone else’ CSAs, by exchanging your CSAs that live in other countries for CSAs that live in your country, you could make a positive impact on getting someone else’ PSAs more active and encourage his/her PSAs that have been long inactive. This could work the same for you. How? As CSAs get assigned to new co-sponsors of the same country – their new co-sponsors who belong to the same culture are in a better position to personally guide them in their native language. This could result in significant increase of activity in your organization.
The new CSA Exchange program is a versatile solution to solve communication issues related with language and culture. SFI is a borderless network marketing business and we can’t avoid dealing with cross cultural communication. In today’s global business community, there is no single best approach to communicating with one another. The key to cross-cultural success is to develop an understanding of, and a deep respect for, the differences.
