For me, the main purpose of the 'Welcome Letter' is to welcome my new team member.
I want to make the new members feel appreciated and know that we would be working together and that they can count on me to help then grow their businesses.
That's the main focus of my letter and yes I also give out tips:
- I point them to the direction of the Affiliate Center and for them to go to the 'Start' button, click on it and go from there.
- I refer them to the Fast Track link, pointing out the time limit of 10 days.
- I make mention of the Translator at each page to translate them to their preferred language if necessary
- I direct them to My Leadership page
- I also advice them to work at a pace that suits them and not to allow the volume of new information overwhelm them.
These would be simple statements with links allowing them to visit, read and explore the links at their own pace. I could give them more but I want them to read my letter. A larger letter might frighten them away!
I finish up with a promise that we would talk again in the very near future and that I would have more information for them but in the meantime if they have any questions contact me.
