If your ECAs are your PRMs, then you do NOT want to share any type information about SFI. You want to keep them as your PRMs.
You would want them to focus on building up their ECA store, and have them advertise their store and sell their products.
A percentage of Sales from TC, goes into our TC Executive Pool, which increases the value of our VPs that we earn.
Every product they sell, earns you an Income, and adds to our TC EP
Every product they buy, earns you an income, Sales VPs and adds to our TC EP
If your ECAs are your PSAs, then you could explain to them that by setting up an ECA store, and selling products could help increase their income.
Help them the best you can, on how to set up their own ECA store, and let them know that they would be adding an additional income stream to their business.
Keep your ECAs that are PRMs, as your PRMs and not have them become a part of your SFI team.
They will help build up your income and also Sales VPs and also the TC EP.
