We should contact our CSAs as often as is necessary. For example, once CSAs joins our team, we send them a warm welcome E-card and email in much the same way we do with our new PSAs.
This initial contact is followed up after at least a week or 10 days to give them enough time to settle in.
There are new CSAs who may not have a chance to get to know their sponsors and get the help they need to get started, and once you get to check their Profile and VP Ledger you know what to do with them next to ensure they get the proper training, mentoring and support.
When they start showing up as regular Movers, or winning in the Daily Grand Drawing, Daily Crown, KOT, Card King, or any of the Eager Zebra games, acknowledge their success at once by mentioning it in your Stream Post, sending appropriate E-Cards, weekly newsletters, etc. to give them the feeling of belonging and being a valued part of your team.
Keep your lines of communication open by way of SFIM, Chat box, Team Mail, E-Cards, Skype, and other means you favour, and be there for them to answer their queries, give them guidance, motivation and inspiration to keep moving and succeeding by being an Awesome Co-Sponsor!
