The Leadership challenge has been launched to encourage all affiliates to participate in developing a robust, active group of PSAs. This is an excellent method to increase awareness of the potential of duplication in team building.
In order to get more of your team participating in SFI’s quarterly Leadership Challenge, do the following steps:
-You must have won at least one Leadership challenge contest in order to relate and share your experience to your team members. Be sure to direct them to the SFI quarterly Leadership Challenge through this link: https://www.sfimg.com/LeadershipChallenge
- Show them your strong belief that your team members can also win like you did through your badges and the prizes such as TCredits, SFI/TC gear and over $1000 in bonus drawing prizes.
- Share your tips and advice on how they can create awareness to increase the level of participation in their respective teams. Always give them your full support.
- Explain to them clearly through their participation in this contest, that they’ll going to acquire invaluable skills and knowledge of duplicating your efforts – which are much more important than the prizes.
- You can consider organizing contest that focus on engaging your team members to participate in the quarterly Leadership Challenge. Use your Leadership page to announce to them specifying your intention and the rewards/incentives.
- Emphasize to them the bigger picture behind winning a quarterly Leadership Challenge: Learning the skills and gaining experience in expanding their network wide and deep will ensure them to the path of establishing their residual income.
