Some-times we just have to encourage one another to do the right thing ,because sometimes we just don't know what the right thing to do at a sudden moment in time is,so we as leader have to all ways pretense to have all of the right answers which we really don't,but as good leadership goes is that we just can't let our business ship go down and sink in this business Ocean and the Business-World Sea. We as leader have to all way know the correct way out of an tight situation and know where we are heading with our group of business people. Because they are the ones who are depending on us to lead them into their business goes.
