Good day Paul,
I must say its a nice question and I would give you some tips on how I was able to encourage my downlines in participating at the price benders.
First and foremost, we must lead by example and by that, there must be proof on our leadership page the barge that we have won a price bender. As some would say, seeing is believing. Once that level of belief and trust has been built, the next stage is to let them study the pricebender auctions so that they can strategize.
Thereafter, if they have studied the pricebender auctions, they will have an idea of when to bid, how to bid, know the class of people that are currently bidding as its lot easier for them to win.
The strategies that have worked for me encouraging my team to participate in the pricebenders are as follows:-
1. That is after they have seen my leadership page and barge that I have won a pricebender auction sent a mail to them on how to strategize and win some auctions.
2. I also encourage them that even though they dont win, that its still a win win situation as for each bid placed, they get 5-10mrp depending on whether the auction is 5mrp or double mrp.
3. I also let them know that they are slowly building their business as they get 1 AVP (maximum 500 bids) for each bid placed which can help them in their ranks.
4. Also I let them know that for each 10bids placed, they get a spin to get PSA I.e Bid & Build and that once they have a full PSA, they have additional entries in the Daily Grand.
5. I also encourage them to bid for PSA and CSAs to help in their business.
6. Let them know that as they place their bids, they are not just getting 1AVP but 2 AVP as one action versa point is for bidding and the other for the daily actions.
7. Depending on my PSAS and CSAs, I encourage them to have a look at the auctions for them to see items they like and try bidding for them as they coukd win such items at rock bottom prices.
8. I also encourage them that they should look for auctions that are 1WA, Junior Auction, Under Performer (UP) which are historically easier to win.
Hope I was able to help.
All the best..
