To be effective, you need to be a winner yourself.
You can't tell your team to go for what you yourself have not achieved.
When i saw that my sponsor had won 2 of the contest, it gingered me to win mine. When i won last summer, my sponsor won Level 5 and won again the winter. When i saw the benefits of the level 5, i wanted it and that was to build new Team Levels. I began to think of raising some and am already working towards it.
2. Tell them the requirements and benefits of the contest.
Like i said, your winning even one will give it a spice because you've enjoyed the benefits. This has been my primary stimulator for my team to participate in the Leadership contest.
3. I show them how to begin and how to win, telling them the various levels that there are and the benefits for each. I tell them to try to raise 4 EAs in their team for 3 months and they'l win the Level 1 and i tell them of the SFI flashlight, keyholder plus 100Tcredit that they'l win and what they could do with the Tcredit plus the Ultimate duel of the leadership drawing which is the SFI inscripted Apple ipad.
My response has been great.
