Good question. Although you have asked how often and in what ways should we contact with our CSAs. But my answer will cover contacting both PSAs as well as CSAs as PSA ans CSAs are both important. Sometimes CSAs give you more commissions than even your PSAs.
HOW OFTEN TO CONTACT
1. It would be absurd to contact your PSAs/CSAs daily. Otherwise they will be overloaded with information provided by you. They should get enough time to assimilate the first message properly before they get the second message.
2. Ideally, it would be prudent not to bother them more than twice a week. Ask them about the last message whether they have understood it or have they any questions/doubts about any thing. Encourage them to write to you in stead of you showering them with messages.
3. In any case, you would be sending a Weekly Message on probably Sundays to score 30 VPs. You ought to send these weekly messages in order to earn your valuable VPs.
Now let’s consider the ways to contact them:
(a) On joining, send them a welcome message.
(b) Send them e-cards to welcome them to your team.
(c) Also use their email id so that even if they do not log in to their SFI account, still they can read your messages.
(d) If they log in to SFI regularly, you can use PMs (Personal Messages to interact with them.
(e) Connect with them on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ etc to chat.
