One of the things i've gotten to know and understand in SFI through time, persistent and hardwork too is that every person has his or her work to do to succeed for themselves whether they are in SFI or not.
Whether they are called CSAs, PSAs or whatever, they are all human beings and as such must be ready to face the reality of success and have his or her experience with it.
I never give any of my affiliates the impression that i am the success they are looking for. What i do is that i let them to understand what it means to succeed and be a success. They have to work for themselves, experience certain challenges too and i have to be there to assist them and watch them grow.
Any affiliate that signs up to be in your team means he or she has come to work under you. You can through this means and excitement/benefit you are going to get from them too chear them up to start working but it doesn't really start nor end in this way. You do what you need to do,provide every information for them, constantly supporting them and let them experience what it means to be a success. From this, they will grow their own experience and knowledge and seek for the better here in SFI or anywhere else in the world if they fail to keep on.
SFI is truly a strong foundation for the financial success of any man. We or anyone else must learn to take challenge.
